Airport Transfers
The airport is a 45 - 60 minute drive to the central city. A taxi fare is approximately $70 one way and a shuttle bus NZ$28. There is no public transportation from the airport directly to the hotels, but there is to the city.

Documentation
It is your own responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation. If travelling from Australia, you will require a current passport, to be valid at least 90 days beyond your stay in New Zealand. If you are not travelling on an Australian passport, a visa may be required - please check with your Travel Agent or your nearest New Zealand Embassy. www.nzembassy.com

Taxes and Tipping

All purchases in New Zealand include 15% GST. This is usually included in published retail prices. It is not customary or necessary to tip in New Zealand, however you may tip at your discretion for good service.

Tap water is safe to drink.

Insurance
All insurance is the responsibility of the registrants. ASBA New Zealand, The Conference Organising Committee, The Conference Team and SkyCity Convention Centre accept no liability for death or illness or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the conference, whatever the cause. Registration of the delegate will indicate acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing to The Conference Team. If, following your registration, you are unable to attend please notify the organiser as soon as possible to arrange a transfer of registration or a partial refund. Notification received by 17 May 2011 incurs a $150 administration fee. For cancellations notified after 17 May 2011, refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee and paid at the conclusion of the conference. There will be no refunds made for late arrival or early departure from the conference.
