How to Register:
Registration is available on line or you can download and complete a registration form and return it with your fees to:  INGENIUM Conference, The Conference Team, P O Box 20 051, Christchurch 8543 or fax to: 03 359 2602

Cheques should be made payable to ‘INGENIUM Conference’.  Confirmation of receipt of your registration and payment will be forwarded. 

Early Registration
Your early registration is appreciated.  This helps the Organising Committee with planning and ensures the tours and accommodation you select are available. 

Social Programme
Full Registration includes ONE ticket to each of the Social Functions on Thurday, Friday and Saturday Evenings. When registering, please confirm where requested, which functions you will be attending. For all Accompanying Partners we assume they will be attending all functions, unless otherwise advised.

Cancellation
A cancellation fee of $99 will be charged after 20 May 2011.  Thereafter refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and processed after the Conference.  No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure whatever the cause.  Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty.  Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Conference.

If for reasons beyond the control of INGENIUM the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

General

Insurance
Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the conference.  INGENIUM and the conference administrators are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.  The Conference Organising Committee, INGENIUM, Wellington Convention Centre, Johnston Coachlines and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for death or illness, or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the conference, whatever the cause.   Registration will indicate an acceptance of these conditions by the Delegate and / or Partner.
