Accommodation
We have secured accommodation at several properties close to the Rotorua Energy Events Centre as below. A deposit of one nights's accommodation is required to guarantee the booking. Full payment can be made if preferred. Costs quoted are per room, per night based on a single or double occupancy and include GST. Cancellations or amendments will incur a cancellation/amendment fee.
Please note: Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a penalty fee of a minimum of one night. Cancellations made within 7 days at the Ibis and Novotel will incur a penalty fee of your entire stay.

Cancellations within 7 days will incurr a penalty fee equal to your entire stay.

General Information

Registration	Registration will be available online as of 01 Feb or via PDF
Cancellations	Cancellations must be in writing. An administration fee of $150 will be charged on all cancellations prior to 21 May 2012. Thereafter refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and will be processed after the Conference. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Conference. One night’s accommodation will be charged for amendments / cancellations to accommodation within 30 days of arrival.
Insurance	All insurance is the responsibility of registrants. The Conference Organising Committee, INGENIUM, Rotorua Energy Events Centre and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for illness or death, injury or accident to or financial loss by any person attending the Conference, whatever the cause.
Airport Transfers	These are your own responsibility. Taxis to the city cost approximately $45. Shuttles or an airport bus provide a regular and cheaper service
