Cheques should be made payable to ‘NASDAP Conference’.  Confirmation of receipt of your registration and payment will be forwarded. 

Early Registration

Your early registration is appreciated.  This helps the Organising Committee with planning and ensures the tours and accommodation you select are available. 

Cancellation

A cancellation fee of $99 will be charged prior to27 July 2009.  Thereafter refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and processed after the Conference.  No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure whatever the cause.  Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty.  Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Conference.

Privacy Policy

Any personal or business details provided to the Conference Organisers will be used solely for the purpose of the NZPF Conference.  The database is owned by NASDAP and used by The Conference Team.  A delegate list with names, organisations and city will be published during conference for all attendees’ information.  Delegates who do not wish to have their name published can select this on the registration form.

Insurance

All insurance is the responsibility of registrants.  The Conference Organising Committee, Hawke's Bay Opera House, NASDAP and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for death or illness, or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the conference, whatever the cause.
