Southland and Otago AP/DP associations have much please in hosting the 2013 AP and DP conference. Conf 2013 “Dares to be Different” in its focus on learning for senior leaders, with opportunities to sustain learning in a workshop environment that allows you to think, plan and create.

Realising that as learning leaders we have the potential to create change, within some of the binds that tie us , our conference will focus on some major strands of learning that will be topical and some perennial for our time together.

Connecting AP and DPs around the country and overseas will be a feature of the networking that we will structure and create for you too at Conf 2013 . Already a number of Australian school leaders have been invited to join us. You will be asked to join in on our “Speed Dating” (brief connecting sessions) so we can to learn from each other. Expect too that even the conference dinner concept will take a change into a connecting opportunity.

Many delegates too may take the opportunity to bring some aspiring or leading teachers with you to this conference so you can together follow a strand of thinking and leave with a plan in mind to create some difference in your school. We hope to preview many of the speakers through the NASDAP newsletter and this site and present you with an opportunity to “Let Go ... Dare to be Different !”.
