* One Day registration fee includes entry to the scientific sessions on the specified day only with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea as stated in the programme and conference pack. (Excludes conference dinner).
Conference Dinner
The full registration fee includes the conference dinner. Additional tickets are available for purchase NZ$120. Please purchase before the conference - contact Joanne.
Payment
Payment must accompany your registration if paying by credit card (MasterCard or visa only) or direct credit. Invoices can be arranged on request, payable 20th following month.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to The Conference Team. You may assign your registration to another person without any fees. If you cancel, the following cancellation fees apply: Prior to 20 October $100 administration fee, thereafter refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee with the refund made after the conference.
Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, the conference organisers accept no responsibility. The information on the conference website and printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the conference organisers reserve the right to made amendments. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Insurance
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.
