How to Register
Registration is available by downloading and completing a registration form and return it with your fee to: SPELD Conference, The Conference Team, P O Box 20 051, Christchurch 8543, or fax to: 03 359 2602.
Cheques should be made payable to "SPELD Conference". Confirmation of registration will then be forwarded. Should you wish to pay by credit card, a 3% surcharge would apply
Registrations will be confirmed in writing. |

Social Programme
Full Registration includes ONE ticket to the Welcome on Friday. The Conference dinner on Saturday is optional and an additional cost applies. |

Insurance
All insurance is the responsibility of the registrants. SPELD NZ, the Conference Organising Committee, The Conference Team and Palmerston North Convention Centre accept no liability for death or illness or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the conference, whatever the cause. Registration to conference will confirm your acceptance of this.

Airport Transfers
These are your own responsibility. Taxis to the conference venue are approx $20. Shuttles are also available as a cheaper option |

We have secured accommodation at several properties close to the Palmerston North Convention Centre as detailed below. A deposit of one nights accommodation or credit card details to guarantee the booking are required to confirm your booking. Costs quoted are per room, per night based on a single or double occupancy and include GST.
If you would like to share accommodation, please advise the name of the person you wish to share with, as we do NOT pair up roomies..
Please note: Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a penalty fee of a minimum of one night. |
